Google MapsAVWA is a standout community service organization. Their dedicated team and diverse services have a profound impact on our community.

Google MapsAVWA need to review their OHS, ethics and standard of care according to the age care standard guidelines. Their vision and mission does not correspond to the service provided by the caregivers or the case managers. The caregivers need to be qualified to do their job efficiently and effectively not wasting time procrastinating just because the client is elderly and is unable to voice their concerns. The association fails to audit the standard of care provided by the individual caregiver to ensure it is consistent across the board. My wife and I was disappointed when the need of my 82 year old mother was not met. The care was not provided according to the agreed communication between the case manager and myself, due ti the lack of communication between the caregiver and the case manager. I use AVWA age Care because of the ease of communication for my mum. However, I am questioning if the AVWA can actually provide the service they proudly say they can.
