Google MapsAn absolutely horrible company to engage with as a NDIS SDA participant. They force the use of the buildings onsite concierge services - Equal Living (who are currently the subject of an active NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission complaint due to multiple, serious, repeated and ongoing breaches of duty of care). Despite being told they were unrelated, the SDA developer owns this on-site provider and Avenu enforces their services as a condition of the lease, so definitely some conflicts of interest there. They refused repeatedly to provide information requested to enable needed home accessibility modifications, left me with a non-functioning bathroom for 5 days for no valid reason and have continued to engage in predatroy, unprofessional and unethical behaviour throughout my tenancy including multiple implications and threats of eviction over baseless matters, some of which were literally caused by the ongoing negligence and incompetence of the mandatory concierge services. Their behaviour (and that of the mandatory services) has directly contributed to a significant and documented decline in my disability and mental health and I am again being threatened with an eviction following the concierge provider terminating services (over completely baseless, incorrect, misleading or defamatory reasons which they won't dispute). There's no shortage of SDA providers out there, save yourself the and look elsewhere. Companies like this don't deserve your funding and don't deserve to be in business. After posting this review, they asked me to correct some information which I have done, however they didn't refute anything else I had said, and the fact they responded so quickly to this review while sitting on other issues for weeks should tell you a lot about where their priorities are as a business that absolutely does not deserve to be making money off vulnerable participants.
