Bay One Care Services

I have worked with Bay One Care as a client for 2 years, and I can’t speak highly enough of this service. The workers are wonderful, very caring and always communicating with me. I recently went on respite with Bay One care and it was so restful and relaxing whilst also doing some activities in the community like fishing and bush walks! I felt safe and the workers made sure everything went smoothly.

Staff is very caring proffessional and understand their duty well.Managment hand pick the staff as per clients requirement.Staff we have for our daughters care was very exceptional.During Daughter's hard time staff was always there to give us enough break from the care to keep doing never ending care for next day. Shift coordinator was great to arranged shifts to accomdate our need. Top management is very kind and down to earth to help clients with their issues. We have see through hard time due to your support.Cant thank enough to all of you.

Every staff member is incredibly enthusiastic and clearly cares deeply about the people they support. I’m impressed by the level of care, attention, and genuine kindness shown. The team consistently goes above and beyond, and it’s clear they take great pride in the work they do. Without a doubt, this is the best support team I have had the pleasure of working with in a Supported Independent Living setting. Highly recommended.
