TAFE NSW recently supported a student to complete industry work placement at Biala Ballina, as part of requirement for Dual Cert 111 aged and disability care. Our student was warmly welcomed and well supported throughout her placement with your disability services team. Staff provided meaningful learning opportunities, modelled high‑quality person‑centred practice, and ensured students felt included and confident in their roles.
