The clinic has a caring environment and the staff are well-meaning, but overall the service felt somewhat disorganised. Scheduling and availability were quite limited. There also seemed to be some internal communication issues, particularly between the office manager, behavioural therapists, and the psychologist. At times, it felt like there wasn’t a clear system for note-taking or handovers, which impacted continuity of care. Communication with the psychologist was occasionally difficult, and access felt somewhat restricted. With improved coordination and clearer communication processes, the clinic could provide a much more seamless experience for families.
