I'm a customer of Bright Plan Manager and have been very impressed with how quickly they get back to me. They always advise me around the status of my invoices and provide really helpful information. For example, my initial consult with them was great. They took the effort of coming to my home to make it easier for me and by that same afternoon had sent me further information around how my NDIS Plan works. It's been great and I would highly recommend them.

I use Bright Plan Management on behalf of my behalf of daughter. We've found them to be quite impressive. For instance, a plan manager came from the other side of city through busy traffic for our first meeting. The service is very good. English is my second language, but Bright Plan Management is great at answering all my questions, and are always very patient and polite. They pay invoices quickly.
