What I liked: Absolutely zero communication with clients or support coordinators associated with clients. Constantly ignoring written instructions which is then putting clients at risk. At the end of the day they put money before your health and safety and will Constantly refuse to communicate to address and issues or concerns with staff or clients. Please never EVER use this company What could improve: Everything. Zero communication and does not care for the health and safety of clients. Submits fraudulent invoices on multiple occasions. Refuses to talk to clients or support coordinators regarding care even after incidents in the work place/ clients homes. Anything else: Do not EVER use this company
