Very poor service, sent an apprentice to do the job and then charged for travel time to collect basic equipment needed for the job, which should have been in his basic plumbing kit such as washers. The taps are still leaking and another plumber has been arranged. Still haggling about the bill in regards to the charges related to the travel. Update, received an email Christmas Eve threatening to call in debt collector after they had been informed the person had died...POOR FORM and absolutely disgusting

Giving the biggest shoutout to Clayton Granzien Plumbing Pty Ltd. These guys were recommended to me from a landscaper I’d been in touch with, and were contacted last minute on behalf of our body corporate. Clayton not only responded to me over a weekend, but prioritised our job and sent Liam out at his earliest availability. Liam travelled 45 minutes to help us on the Southside, and did a very thorough job on the task he was asked to do. We were provided a clear scope of plumbing works required and detailed findings as requested. For a job that may have seemed daunting and too much effort for some, they took it onboard like champions. In challenging times, it’s sometimes a risk engaging new contractors for body corporate works as some take advantage of the budget available and a lot of trust is put into people. These guys were able to complete works for less than half the budget they were given and we are very grateful for this! No job is too hard for them.

$560 to fix a toilet leak. Very expensive

Great work and really prompt service. The whole team are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Diagnosed the issue over the phone. Through their network they found parts for an out of production uk manufactured gas fireplace, went and got those parts, and came and fixed the fireplace. All over a couple of days. And the charge was minimal. Thanks guys!
