On Tues 22 Jul 2025, sought action to unblock a stormwater drain & re-position drain from roof into the drain cavity. Drain unable to be unblocked due to age of piping. Onsite tech Clayton (Stocks) kept me fully informed me of the issues encountered and after providing me with a number of options I agreed the most effective resolution was to replace the stormwater drain from the house to the kerb outlet. Quote requested. Detailed quote provided & accepted by COB Wed 23 Jul 2025 with works scheduled for early next week. Extremely happy with this outcome. Prompt professional service supported by their Office / Admin communication support. An established team effort that only enhances their Business's customer service strategy.
