Google MapsWere do I begin. The owner is obnoxious and belligerent. I'm on Workcoveand require weekly cleans and she decided to email another provider to inform him of changes to new cleaners. I did not receive these emails and when I asked the owner she said that she sent me emails informing me of new cleaners etc and that she was waiting for my response. I told her that I did not receive any emails informing me of changes to new cleaners and asked her to re forward me the original version of the email which she refused to do. I later found out that she had emailed another provider the emails and copied him in all correspondence between her company and myself. This shows the incompetence and negligence of the owner and has shared personal information to a third party that I did not expect to public knowledge. Her attatued is disgusting and demeaning as she made comments to me to read and respond to emails that I did not receive and addressed to a third party. When I gave the owner the evidence and explained why I did not respond to her emails I did not receive an apology, the owner ceased all correspondence. I find her customer service and conduct disgusting and patronizing. I would not recommend or promote this company in any form. If I could give it a zero I would.
