Cna Cleaning Services (Vic.) Pty. Ltd.

I recently made the switch to CNA for my short term accommodation in Merrijig, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision! Initially, I was using their service as a backup, but after experiencing their consistent reliability and thoroughness, I wish I had made the change sooner. My property looks great, and I feel completely supported by Kerrie and Ashan and in knowing that my guests will arrive to a spotless space every time. The peace of mind their service provides is invaluable. Highly recommended

I was happy with the work at first, and the communication was good. However, towards the end I was disappointed as some areas were not cleaned properly, and the issue was not handled very professionally when raised. I hope improvements can be made in the future.

We hired this team for an end-of-lease cleaning, and they did an outstanding job. The house was cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom, including areas that are often overlooked during regular cleaning. The kitchen appliances, bathrooms, windows, carpets, and floors were left spotless. They were punctual, professional, and very efficient, and they made sure the property was ready for inspection. Communication was easy, and they were very accommodating with our schedule. Thanks to their attention to detail, the place looked as good as new, which made the end-of-lease process stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable and high-quality cleaning service, especially for end-of-lease cleaning.
