Customer service from Coastcare Med at Carrum Downs was 10/10. My product wasn't in stock, but Ange went out of her way to track one down, and had it at the Carrum warehouse the next day. This was followed up by a phone call from Ange to let me know it was there. Very reasonable pricing on products I saw. Great friendly, respectful service (not just for me, but also other customers present), and a huge range of products. Thank you Ange ! Can highly recommend this company and the Carrum Downs staff.

Hi, had a few questions about a product we purchased. Phone was answered almost immediately, no long waiting process, no digital navigation, no insincere we appreciate your message, no hard to understand accent to strain over and the list of self serving profit making anti customer service support deception. Ok, so Brandon answers the phone, his response was a perfect model for all companies to imitate, couldn't be more helpful and to backup that service Jess another participant in the experience responded in a similar manner, if they are a reflection of Management you've done well, if not learn from them before you lose them.
