Holly from Collaborative Health has been an excellent support worker for Penny. She is caring, patient and attentive, and she understands Penny’s preferences while still encouraging her to participate safely in her daily activities and physiotherapy. Holly communicates well with the physiotherapist, provides helpful updates about Penny’s mobility and transfers, and works collaboratively to support her comfort, safety and independence. Her calm and respectful approach helps Penny feel relaxed and supported. She is reliable, compassionate and a valuable part of Penny’s care team.
