We have carers for my grandad John and he has been cared well for. We want to also thank suresh kumar one of the carers as he has created a bond with grandad and lets us know any issues efficiently . Also we had an incidents where grandad needed emergency care due to a fall and other issues and he stepped in and sorted the issue despite my grandad at times being quiet difficult due to the dementia . Thank you for all your hard work.

We've been given this company from hillingdon social services. My husband has early altzimers, but is a very fit man. This service is for people that are got out of bed and sat in a chair. We have had carers turn up at random times in the morning, he's normally left the house or asleep . They ask what can I help with, he has memory problems!!!. I've requested no weekends as we are normally out. They have turned up every weekend. I get a phone call every day, can you let us in. I've told them it's a waste of time if they don't come between a time. THE WORST COMMUNICATION I HAVE EVERY KNOWN ,. NOBODY passes on or notes down any conversations. I don't think they have done anything. The only time 1 came in I got home, my husband had no pants or shirt on. Just a jumper and jeans.... says it all Today at 7am I rang Comfort care service to remind them not to attend this morning. This is how awful the communication is. Someone came at 7.45am even though the women on the phone said she would let them know. A very nice young man attended, not his fault, but how bad is the communication up top. :( So today 28th September.... After speaking with someone yesterday and reminding not to come weekends, what happens someone turns up!!!! What sort of company is this, nobody passes on any messages. I've called , spoken to different people who tell me , yes this will be implemented but it never is. No wonder our NHS is at breaking point if the administration at these outsourced care services are this bad. Just to say it's not the cares who turn up, as they are just doing as they have been instructed. Manager is meant to call me tomorrow.... well let's see !!! Well as I thought manager did not ring me!!!!! As expected!! I would like to add that the young man that has visited my husband the last few days deserves 5 stars , lovely young man, very calm and thoughtful.

5 stars for the carers themselves. Once you get past the oft confusing admin side of things, the carers are really good, empathetic, diligent, and you find that the carers have their own personal stories of nursing elderly parents, so they have first hand experience of how tough it is. It's early days though (father back in hospital yet again, for a hyper acute ischemic stroke. Thank you Hillingdon Hospital for failing to spot that 😡 thankfully he's now in a different hospital) but in the very short space of time he's had them visit, so far the carers have been lovely!
