Working with Fiona has been transformative. She supported me in realising that my partner's values weren't aligned with mine, which was a difficult but necessary realisation. I came to understand that his behaviour was unhealthy, for me and was affecting my day to day life. Fiona's guidance helped me see that clearly. Thanks to her, I now have a better understanding of how to analyse someone's behaviour and what is right for me. I moved to Hobart 2001 after being with impact with up most high professional and 5 star ratings from 2009 to this date having full support workers with actual knowledge of mental illnesses, house cleaning, gardens and lawn and all employees where of the highest knowledge. I had to drop everything come back to Queensland family serious illnesses supposed to be transferred back to impact but somehow im with community access care who are from Paul the director, office staff, most uneducated support workers and a extremely not only job loss but legal matters coordinator Audrey. I've kept all documented client, company miss treatment which i had started documentations 6 weeks before they new i was onto everything. Because I've got the knowledge of each role and there requirements and duty of care as a ndis provider that would shut down there business and ndis provider licence for good. I wrote a declaration for them to transfer me to there coordinator Audrey and I've from holding long-term trauma caused by 2x sick men when young got 4x the worst mental illnesses bipolar disorder, major depression, severe anxiety lastly complex post traumatic stress worse than war. Well Paul the uneducated director held up the declaration saying to all office staff who out of any of us could do this and I've known John for many years and what he has been through and beaten. Well I was promised that I've got you your a great man I've known for a long time John by Paul the director only to be absolutely 💯 in every possible way and position screwed by them and I've found a new provider myself who said they won't be operating much longer but somehow they are still a ndis provider that I'm telling everyone stay clear of this unprofessional, untrained, total lack of knowledge and rules and laws of each position on how the duty of care of each client is meant to be delivered
