THE BEST CARE. I am so sick of terrible money hungry idiots in the NDIS who just try and take your money and don't even come when I need. I usually dont go to companies because they are just as bad as independents, but these guys a really good. They come when they say they will. I get the same carer every time, unless they're sick, and then I get someone else. Everyone is happy to see me even when I am having a bad day. I feel listened to with these guys.

Ms Isabel Clarke was very helpful at the time of my car accident. I had third party insurance which was very stressful, but she made many letters to help me. She was very good also at massage and exercises for my headache and neck.

Thank you to this team for helping support my son with ASD 3 and ADHD. He has complex behaviours and I was very overwhelmed, NDIS didn't give enough funding for him, and I didn't know what to do. I was at my wit's end! Thankfully Vinny and the team really helped me put behaviour management strategies into place and make a healthy routine. Also helped getting more funding alongside my SC - they are great advocates. Still very difficult to manage at times, but at least I know I have someone in my corner fighting with me.
