So disgraceful how your staff do nothing to prevent your clients from harassing people in Austral. Take some accountability and own the fact your staff dont do anything.

Honestly these people are horrible, they don’t look after the people in their care not to mention they have no common courtesy or respect for their neighbours. I’ve heard them getting violent with the patients and making all sorts of loud noises at all hours of night. I honestly want to move just because of them

Unfortunately, I rented out my investment property to Pegasus Community Care. The property was maliciously damaged on two separate occasions in a very short period of time. I have written confirmation from the NSW Police confirming they attended on the two separate occasions with unique event numbers, due to a male who committed the malicious damage and who was aggressive. I am extremely keen to make contact with and discuss the review from "J M" of Kingswood, from four days ago.
