they’re extremely slack at paying my support staff. They say they have a 24-48 hour turn over for payment yet every week I have to make a call to get invoices processed and paid from the previous week. If you’re looking for fast payments to staff give this company a wide birth.

Distinctability has really helped our NDIS journey by taking the pain out of our paperwork, responding quickly to questions and ensuring our desire for choice and control is maintained. They process paperwork quickly so our providers are happy too. Highly recommend them.
