The service at Doability is excellent. I recently broke my foot and will be off my feet for at least six weeks. The situation is even more challenging because I live alone. I was able to organise hire and delivery of a knee scooter within a couple of days, at a reasonable rate, and they were also able to deliver a rubber shower mat purchased online at the same time. I went on to purchase a grab rail for the shower which a friend was able to pick up from the Kensington showroom. I would definitely recommend Doability for anyone needing equipment to support disability, whether permanent or temporary.

Dealing with DoAbility was a simple process, furthermore they offer a variety of products that can be trialed at home with support from the customer rep. Assistive technology/aids is vital to enable me to continue to live independently in my own home. I purchased a Bathroom product that I received today and it is of a great quality, furthermore the most important part is having the product shown to me in my own home so as to make sure that it is the right one rather than buying it now only to regret later because it isn’t right or doesn’t work in the way that it should. Customer service, was easy to deal with as I was kept informed by the company as to when the representative was arriving so as to show me the product in person, as well as show me how it works. I will definitely make purchases in the future as needed and thank you for a great service.

Dealing with DoAbility has been great. I have been dealing with them on behalf of my Mother and equipment that was purchased and delivered. There was one small thing with stock not being available on a certain wheelchair for a short time, but, without question I was offered another one to use in the meantime. All other purchases were delivered quickly and when they said they would be. Easy to deal with, friendly customer service, and I’m kept up to date with what is going on. Thanks

DoAbility have been wonderful to deal with. They were able to help my family with a home-delivered bed for my mother who has just had spinal surgery. Edward was prompt to reply and provide for our requirements, other staff were also very helpful, and the delivery man was very friendly, timely and installed the entire bed in our house.
