The service I received was poor, but what frustrated me most was the occupational therapist dropping me as soon as I moved locations. I understand jurisdiction limits and unpaid work, but I had requested evaluations and essential products before my shoulder surgery. It felt like pulling teeth to get anything done. After trialing multiple beds, we supposedly agreed on a specific style, yet what arrived was the exact type I had said I didn’t want. The OT’s communication and involvement were lacking. Now that I have the wrong bed, I’ve reached out for the prescription I should have received earlier. Had I been properly informed upfront, I would have caught the mistake before delivery. Overall, the OT’s service was inadequate. I was left in the dark throughout the process, and this mix-up has completely disrupted my plans just a week before major surgery. I wouldn’t use or recommend this company.
