By far these guys are the best NDIS support team on the north side and I have ever had. I've had companies tell me they can't take me to a health appointment once a week because they don't have the staff. Eden care on the other hand is so easy to communicate with and some weeks I will need a support worker up to 4-5 times. Even on short notice, this has never been a problem and they are always willing to help. Ange is lovely and very understanding and the workers are all nice, respectful and happy people. I give them 6 stars out of 5 😜👍😁

Eden Care Support Services has been a genuinely positive experience. The team is professional, respectful, and really takes a person-centred approach to support. They take the time to understand individual needs and work closely with participants and families to make sure the right supports are in place. Communication has been clear and consistent, and the staff are approachable and caring. It’s evident they are committed to helping people build independence, confidence, and meaningful community participation. Overall, a reliable and supportive NDIS provider that genuinely seems to care about the people they support. Highly recommended.
