Jay and the team at Footsteps have honestly gone above and beyond for not just my son but my family. I highly recommend them to anyone and have done so to many friends and family. I have never felt so welcome and supported by a business in my life. They weighted that has been lifted from my shoulders since a starting to work with them has been immense and I can not thank them enough

Apparently my son isn't worth their time helping him. Ignorant poor excuses for human beings

Horrible support coordination service. Lack of communication including CEO. Our complaint was ignored. The work we asked for was not completed no updates from our SCs although we had two of them. Only NDIS fund was taken. The worst quality of service we ‘ve ever had. We were not even told we had two SCs at the first contact or meeting. We didn’t get the call you mentioned. No message on the phone. Why didn’t you reach us by email as well if you didn’t hear from us?Your statement is highly unreasonable and shows a lack of consideration, both on a human level and as a company that is meant to support people with disabilities and their families. For 3 months late reply to you, We have already spoken to your SC we were in the middle of the process of tribunal and we were extremely busy with preparing. Also, we asked for your SC to plan our child’s life after graduating high school but no planning was done at all. Not even touched. You guys were paid from our child’s plan but didn’t do any work properly, but us, unpaid carers did the planning work for our child doing all the other everyday caring works at the same time. It it fair and reasonable? During the 3 months after graduation, we struggled so much to find suitable services for our child all by ourselves. Hope you understand this situation and our stress as parents of a disabled child. Lost a big chunk of fund from our child plan but no plan after school, a nightmare. Nearly $1500 of SC fund was taken from our child’s plan for no actual work. It doesn’t stop there, We also had trouble with finding a new SC with remaining $800 to plan post school. Also, No updated work was sent to us regarding SLP and the agreement with our private support worker. For the agreement, this was not even asked by us. Only the fund was claimed from our child’s plan without delay or mistakes. We have not heard from our main SC Sonya since the first meeting in July except we contacted her once in August and even when we left your service. You remain open to discuss further ?? We have already sent all the questions by email in March to CEO and April to admin so you need to answer it first. When did you tell us the case was closed? We were not told this fact until reading your response here now. We advise that you refrain from making unsubstantiated or careless statements. We have credible evidence indicating that payments have been received despite a lack of satisfactory performance of duties, and we take this matter very seriously. We have reported this to NDIA fraud investigation team and NDIS Q&S commission.
