I will never EVER buy a car from this place again for multiple reasons. They sold me a used lemon that has had nothing but issues since the day I drove it off the lot. Thank God I purchased the bumper to bumper warranty, because the issues haven’t been small ones. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Not to mention that every time I have to take my car there, I have to deal with mean ol’ Jen in the service department. How in the world she still has a job there, I just will never understand. She is mean and hateful to everyone. If rude had a picture in the dictionary, her face would be the picture. After all of these issues, I deserve a better car. They should do an even trade. If I personally knew how to talk to the head honcho, I would love to sit down and talk to him personally. In all of my years, I’ve never been more upset and disappointed in a car purchase. I just want a car that is dependable. I want a car company that treats me with respect. This company isn’t it!!!!
