Google MapsI recently visited Dr. Jessica Hakim for toe nail damage, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Jessica took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. She was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Jessica to anyone in need of podiatric care.

Google MapsUnfortunately, yesterday was my second bad experience with Dr Michael. I found him to be rude and unhelpful. I tried to understand the process to get a referral(s) to receive sessions covered by medicare. He did not seem to want to spend the time to walk me through the process and was seemingly frustrated by my questioning. He wasn't able to answer some of my questions, and instead kept repeating himself in an unhelpful way, which still did not provide me with answers or clarity. Unfortunately, I found his approach to be condescending and abrupt. I will not be returning to this clinic.

Google MapsI have seen Monica the physiotherapist, for a number of sessions now for an ongoing issue. She has been very professional and takes the time to explain my concerns and even provided me with a home excercise rehab. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who wants personalised care that is unrushed.
