I was initially confused about the document preparation process, especially since I’ve been with Greenstaff Medical for over five years. At one point, I almost gave up because it felt like a lot of documentation. However, Malavika and Jetin from Greenstaff kept calling, encouraging me and guiding me on what needed to be uploaded. With Malavika’s step-by-step instructions, I was able to complete all my documents and am now ready to get back on board. I truly appreciate her patience—she is excellent at what she does 👍🏻. I had a positive experience with green staff medical whilst doing their onboarding. Avneet was very attentive and had a good attention to detail. The only downside was signing TFN and Statutory declaration documents. Still remains somewhat in the past as you have to print the documents and sign them with pen and then rescan. Most other agencies have this adapted to online signing. Otherwise everything was smooth.
