I am reasonably new to My Aged Care and its processes, finding it an incredibly complicated system. H V Care are now looking after my needs whilst waiting my Aged Care package. Thank you Ann for your patience with my several phone calls to assist with my problems. You were able to direct me to various “ players” within this complicated system to help me. I am currently receiving fortnightly house cleaning, which is very much needed and appreciated. My cleaner, Nikita, is so friendly and brings a bubble of joy into my day. Am very happy with her efficiency and the service I’m receiving. Have been impressed with quick responses to my phone calls/messages to admin too. Thank you. Am currently waiting on being assigned my My Aged Care package. Maureen

I have never been to the NDIS HVCare has been absolutely fantastic and provided the most wonderful gardener and house cleaner Matthew . My partner is convalescing from a hip replacement and is due for two knee replacements within the next 3 months so this service has come at just the right time. This link used here would be impossible for older people to use and doubt if the majority would be hooked into a Google account. I am 85 but use technology on a daily basis and had to use more strokes that were necessary to open up this survey Joan Graham

I work with two NDIS participants who are very vulnerable and required support and assistance in all domains of their lives. The participants goals was to become independent, live in a nice clean home, eat more healthy, be able to able to participate out in the community, go shopping, answer their telephones, and to learn skills and strategies so they can continue to build capacity towards their own independence. When the participants met HV Care to find out what they could offer them in the way of support, the participants have not looked back. HV Care has provided the participants with clean and tidy accommodation that the participants are now proud of calling home. With continuous support from HV Care the participants have learned skills and strategies in personal hygiene, domestic cleaning, cooking healthy meals, going out into the community to do their own shopping, attend appointments, order their own fast food treats such as GyG, and even going to a park. One participant has obtained a forklift license and is currently looking for work. While the second participant is going to look for a course that interests them. As a result of the continued support, assistance, and empathy from HV Care and and their staff the participants have progressed along way. However, there is still quite a way to go in the progress for the participants to reach their goal in total independence. HV Care is an organisation that I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for NDIS services to support and assist participants in reaching independence and lifetime milestones.
