At Hand 2 Hand Disability Services, the safety, dignity, and well-being of our participants are at the core of everything we do. Our team consists of qualified and dedicated support workers who are committed to providing person-centred care in line with NDIS guidelines and safeguarding requirements. We categorically deny the claims made in this review, which are both misleading and unfounded. All support workers undergo compliance checks, appropriate training, and ongoing supervision. Any use of private properties for respite is strictly risk-assessed and arranged in accordance with participant choice and their NDIS plan goals.
