Dear Jessica Davis, We take allegations like these extremely seriously and wish to clarify that this review was made from a fake account as we have never had a employee by that name or a participant affiliated to that name, so obviously its possibly former employee who was most likely terminated due to significant breaches of company policy or lack of initiative to there role of duty of care. We believe this review does not reflect the genuine experiences of the individuals and families we proudly support. At Hand 2 Hand Disability Services, the safety, dignity, and well-being of our participants are at the core of everything we do. Our team consists of qualified and dedicated support workers who are committed to providing person-centred care in line with NDIS guidelines and safeguarding requirements. We categorically deny the claims made in this review, which are both misleading and unfounded. All support workers undergo compliance checks, appropriate training, and ongoing supervision. Any use of private properties for respite is strictly risk-assessed and arranged in accordance with participant choice and their NDIS plan goals. While we understand that employment decisions can lead to personal grievances, we will not tolerate the spreading of false or defamatory claims, especially when they risk undermining the trust of our community. I'm very satisfied with Hand2hand. We've been together for 1 year. I'm very pleased with their services, attention, and the group programs they offer. I thank all the staff and wish them continued success.

As an NDIS participant, I experienced neglect, bullying, and misuse of my funding. My funding run out very quick and I left with nothing. Not just me most of their participants run out funding so quick and Yesim always saying she paying our services frim her own pocket. Staff were untrained and disrespectful specially Mel Kaya is very unprofessional she doesn't know what is she doing and she has behaviour issues. Management was so aggressive when raised my concerns even Yesim Kuluk which is owner of this company. Yesim act like she cares, loves and helps but behind you she is swearing and bad mouthing all of the participants. They doing group activities by putting our lifes on risk with using unsafe kitchen, not trained staff, not following health and safety rules and most importantly with this activities they not provide 1 on 1 support but they charge you full. I was even threatened with legal action for speaking up. This provider is unsafe, unethical, and should be investigated. I made formal complaint hopefully someone would hear our voice.
