Health and Harmony Rehab Group helped make my grandma’s home safer and more accessible. At the age of 95, she has limited mobility, and struggles daily even getting out of bed. H&H Rehab group took the time to understand her needs and suggest practical changes that have made a big difference in her daily life. From rearranging furniture to recommending safety equipment, every suggestion was helpful and tailored. They were kind, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. As a result, my grandma feels more comfortable and confident living in her own home. Thank you!
