Google MapsThink carefully before using this organisation. My mother has had a terrible experience. Coerced into signing an agreement before she should have, terrible advice that stinks of self interest and dreadful subcontractors that are supposedly there to provide the services that tried to bully my mother into what they wanted. No regard at all for my mother’s wishes. Be very careful with the advice they offer. They have a duty of care to explain everything and consequences of various actions however failed dismally at this. It is very confusing for elderly people to understand the aged care system and government requirements. Terrible turnover of staff and no one willing to take any responsibility for the provision of services but happy to harass my elderly mother for money for poor attention and services she never actually received. They have failed to honour the charter of rights that we signed which is extraordinary. Avoid. Interestingly we also had a terrible experience with the care of my father at Montefiore residences and in hindsight should have avoided any other services for other family members from this organisation.

Google MapsWe chose Help at Home by Montefiore as we had seen first hand how they cared for residence at Hunters Hill. This we feel is a wise decision as their care at Home by Montefiore seems equally caring. When we approach the management re any queries we've always had a positive response. Their knowledge in managing the govt Aged Care system for us speaks volumes. At present we have no complaints as they've followed through with all our requirements.

Google MapsWe have had home services with Montefiore since 2015 I think the services, like gardening & house cleaning, we receive each fortnight or weekly are satisfactory with always room for improvement. Ravi, our care coordinator, has been very helpful & always reliable with any requirements we need.
