Google MapsMy elderly male relative needed increased care to support him in his home after being in hospital. Montefiore were recommended by another elderly friend and our investigation supported this. Since mid-2022, their team has proved to be prompt, professional and caring with minimal change in personnel. We recommend their services and he plans to continue as long as possible while in his home.

Google MapsThe Montefiore care team has been exceptional. Ravi has been extremely supportive in assisting me navigate caring for my mother who has Alzheimer’s when my father passed away. Amy’s expertise in dementia care has been second to none in supporting our family transition to full time care of my mum. I am grateful for her help and shoulder to cry on at times when we were grieving for my Dad and adapting to the new circumstances we found ourselves unexpectedly in . I came from an organization that did not care about my needs to an organization that can hear my concerns and provide positive support. Highly recommend. Google MapsI chose Montefiore because a friend recommended them. They are great at communicating with us and explaining the complexities of Aged Care packages. The carers they have provided for my husband are excellent and are flexible, kind and always helpful. We have had such a good experience with the team that I had no hesitation in seeking their help to provide assistance for my elderly friend in Concord West. She has been very happy with the domestic assistance, the physio and the nurse services. Anne, James, Anna and Ravi and the rostering team are always easy to reach through a phone call, message or email and I have been impressed with the regular reviews we have to make sure my husband and my friend's needs are being met appropriately.
