Holicare has provided the most exceptional and caring support of my family member with highly complex needs for the past year in one of their comfortable homes. William and his incredible team of Support Workers have been responsible for personal care 24/7 one-on-one, handling all medical and hospital appointments, and medications, through to shopping, cleaning and accompanied social outings to their two favourite activities: the Raiders Home games and Thoroughbred Park horse races. William and his team have always kept me informed at all times of any special needs or changes to routines or any addititional supports required to best meet ongoing behavioural challenges. The Holicare team has supported my family member every day to live their best possible life and I recommend them without reservation.
