Since moving over to Invigorate Ability, my nephew now cannot wait to go to his day program. Every Morning he walks up and down the hall to the front door waiting to go, gets the biggest smile as the amazing staff pick him up. He now comes home happy, smiling, laughing. The team are amazing, the program is brilliant. Their outings are carefully consider, there is a variety, something for everyone. They really care about each participant and making sure that each participant is looked after. Always available, have open communication and work with us to support my nephews goals. You can see the dedication from Brooke, James Sue, Lisa and all the support workers. My nephew has tried a few day programs and they have all fallen short, but not Invigorate Ability. Recommend them to everyone. Thank you for making my nephews life so much brighter.

James is the biggest rip off ever. He took $180.000 of my Ndis money he just decided to take without doing one thing and left me without funding for my 2 year plan and left me with no money for a few months so I went to another provider and they work it out so I didn't go without supports. So please be careful when dealing with Invigorate Ability check everything with James puts in to the Ndis and make sure you have funding left. He has reported to the Ndis committee now the boss of the Ndis is looking further and it will be sorted. He is still trying to get funds with is not owned to him you think he would be happy with $180k Please please please beware 🙏
