Worst business have ever dealt with, Les is the worst person have ever to try and get onto he very rarely answers the phone and never checks messages never returns phone calls,or messages will never deal with them again.

Les and the team have been absolutely incredible supporting us this week! While leaving for Melbourne airport on Wednesday morning, my dad fell down the front stairs and badly sprained both his ankles. However at the time we thought he may have broken them. We were delayed flying out to Brisbane as my dad went to hospital for scans. Once he was cleared to fly, my parents met my brother and I who had flown to Brisbane around midday Wednesday. Thursday morning when we woke up, we went into the shop. Les and team were able to provide us with a wheelchair, shower stool and crutches. Additionally they let us borrow these items for the few days we’ve been here, waving the hiring fee for us. These items have been incredibly helpful and allowed us the flexibility to get out and about and limit his fall risk while getting around and most importantly attending my cousins wedding. We are so deeply grateful for the kindness and generosity of Les and the team. A reminder in what was a stressful time for us all, that goodness exists all around. We appreciate you all!
