Rude woman that works there. Aggressively told us to move bikes that weren’t blocking the businesses shop. Poor being from a mental health institution.

Great team of friendly and professional staff who goes above and beyond for the client. It is clear these people care about what they do and it is shown with the passion and effort they dedicate to their work. Beautiful office space and have an awesome sensory room but most importantly, there are two resident cats here! Will be a big client pleaser for sure! Will not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone I know seeking their type of services provided.

As the guardian of a young adult with ASD I cannot recommend Sylvia and her team at Just a Thought enough. The young adult in question has both ASD and ADHD, and whilst a great guy, he has both attitude and behavioural issues that have prevented him for progressing towards achieving his NDIS goals- in short - far from an easy task. The Team here, particularly Sylvia and Shivani, have gone out of their way to provide support and guidance that extended beyond their expected brief and are a central part of an integrated care team that meet each month to co-ordinate, share and plan his ongoing support needs. The Team have worked both tirelessly and creatively with us to find ways to "breakdown" these behaviour barriers over the last 2 years treating him like a person as opposed to just another NDIS billable hour. Thank You Sylvia for creating a great practice. Highly Recommended
