I cannot recommend Natasha at Kinder Caring highly enough. She is the support coordinator for my mum, who has Alzheimer’s, and from the moment we started working with her, she has been kind, respectful, understanding, and genuinely on our side. I moved my mum’s services over to Natasha in late 2025 after feeling unseen by our previous support coordinator, at another company. Within just a few weeks, Natasha had completed her handover from the previous SC, arranged a shower chair, a recliner chair, and other supports that I had been waiting on for eight months. My mum hadn’t had a proper shower since April, and to walk in on Christmas Day to see her clean, showered, and sitting happily in her chair was the most wonderful gift I could have asked for. Natasha goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are cared for and supported, and she made a huge difference in my mum’s comfort and wellbeing. She is someone you want on your side, reliable, compassionate, and proactive. I am so grateful for everything she has done and continues to do, and I cannot thank her enough.
