I have been with Lighthouse Connect since my stroke,almost 2 years ago. I have found everyone to be extremely professional and attentive to my needs at all times.Sateesh and all staff associated with Lighthouse that I have .met have always been very transparent and willing to help at all times. My support co ordinator,Rachel is the easiest person to deal with ,extremely understanding and always goes above and beyond. They keep me up to date with all that is happening regarding my case,I am extremely grateful to be a part of this wonderful caring group

Rachel my plan manager is so wonderful and I have had nothing but 5-star experiences with her! From the very first interaction, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, professional, and genuinely caring approach. She really listens, goes above and beyond, and delivers exceptional results every single time. Lighthouse Connect has been a constant support for me over the past four years. The team is always up to date with what’s happening in my life, and whenever I ask for something to be done, they already know about it and take care of it as quickly as possible. They are always warm and welcoming when I visit the office, offering me coffee or water and making me feel comfortable. My support workers genuinely care about my wellbeing — they make sure I am safe, that my mental health needs are looked after, and that everything is running smoothly.
