As a support worker, I chose Ludda Care because of the company’s genuine respect for support workers and its serious commitment to quality residential care. The CEO and her management team are exceptionally employee-friendly and treat everyone with respect, something I have found to be rare in many disability support organisations I’ve worked with in the past. Over the years, I’ve also observed that Ludda Care is proactive in responding to concerns raised by both residents and employees and consistently strives to improve the quality of care and support it provides. One personal experience that left a lasting impression on me occurred when I joined the company in August 2022. I worked alongside the CEO in caring for a client for several months, without even realising she was the owner of the company. Her humility and respect for others were palpable. That experience confirmed for me that Ludda Care is a company I am proud to be associated with.
