We love our massage chair. Ordering was effortless and extremely helpful. The White Glove delivery boys were amazing! They made sure everything was in working order before leaving. We use the chair daily - some times.more, and it is very relaxing after a stressful day. Have to fight my daughter and husband for use..the follow-up after purchase was great to make sure we were happy. Thank you to all!

I got the Health+ Massage Chair from masseuse massage chairs and my body is high giving me everyday as a result! As someone who has been battling through plantar fasciitis this past year, this chair has worked wonders in making my feet feel great again! A quick session each night, and I’m waking in the morning pain free. The beige colour is 10/10 too and fits so well into our home furniture. Love it love it love it!

7/10 - Great chair but if you're TALL don't get one without trying b4 buying! **Chair - 6/10 (mainly due to my height even though the chair is the largest model and meant to cater for tall ppl like me). **Value for money - 7/10 (there ARE much cheaper Japanese ones out there with the same "large" person layout - so I felt it was more than it is probably worth but it's ok as the company make up for it. And it has a few gimmicks so it's not the end of the world. **Service & Company support - 10/10 Outstanding, and understanding even if they can't work out something in their own showroom chair version. They at least try and try to ensure that you are happy or as happy as can be, and this is worth more than just money and a chair. I would recommend them for someone wanting a chair without question. ** I thought long about this review as the company and support is REALLY FANTASTIC! If you're buying a chair I'd highly recommend this company. ** For me the chair itself is the disappointment. I bought the largest model they have 203cm extended (I'm 199cm tall). The leg extension is excellent in terms of adjustability but sadly the "backrest" component is just too small for tall people. It is bigger than the standard but not big enough (for example it's 15cm shorter than my lazyboy backrest!!!! So it's only longer on the base mostly and standard chair size at the back so the smaller models must be tiny!) The massage and chair is great, again unfortunately I can't get it to massage more than a few millimetres above my shoulders (so where it shows neck it's actually the base of my shoulders and the shoulder air bags massage the middle of my upper arm no where near my actual shoulders... *** SO SIZE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! DON'T JUST GO OFF CHAIR SPECS!! *** It's a well built product and looks ok, the plastic wood looks REALLY tacky. Plain plastic would have looked a million times better. But it works and that's the main thing. And as per above in addition to that the service of the company is outstanding. Their phone system is bizzare no land lines on purchases only mobile re direct numbers, and the after sales service is fantastic even if the links they gave me to get the "voice" working are for a 7 year old model and different interface. I figured out you just repeat the request 2 or 3 times and it eventually works. You don't need to re request "hey masseuse" when if doesn't work 1st go or holds the voice command open for 15 seconds (not in the manual or from staff I got this by using the manufacturer serial numbers on the chair. So I would absolutely recommend them, but if you're tall like my height, you essentially get a great lower body massage and slightly awkward upper one. The largest model desperately needs another 10cm on the backrest at least. Excellent company though and would recommend them (not everyone is my height).
