This company has outstanding customer service. We've had a chair for a few months and are absolutely loving it! It does it all. No need wait for a appointment in person when we can jump in our chair whenever we want, even in the middle of the night. We had a minor problem that turned out to be that the arm hadn't been put on properly when it was delivered (the arm air didn't inflate). It took us a bit to call to get it sorted. When we did call, I spoke to Cassie who got us sorted for a visit from the tech in two days. She also took the time to answer all my many questions on how to use the chair settings better (There are so many ways to customise your massage!) The tech Steven was also great. He was friendly, well mannered and informative. He spent time explaining what he was doing and how the chair worked mechanically, which gave us a lot of confidence in its quality. I definitely recommend this company, their service is exceptional from start to finish! Well worth investing in a chair from Masseuse if you're looking to buy one.

Everyday I sit on this chair, always had aches and pains. Since then, I hardly get them. Chair keeps on replying back because the voice control is name Alice and we have a son name Ellis 🤣. So i just turn it off when I don’t use it. One thing i think it should have is a massage for around the neck, just wish it could massage the sides of the neck more. Overall great chair and highly recommend it to anyone.

This is my second Vitality Pro-Flex massage chair—I bought one for the office previously and liked it enough to get another for the house. My wife initially told me not to buy it, thinking it would be a waste of money. Funny enough, she’s now the one sitting in it every single day because it’s incredibly comfortable! As for me, doing two 20-minute sessions every night has become an absolute must for my daily routine. The value for the price is fantastic, and the customer service team was great to deal with. Highly recommended!

We chose the Ultimate Chiro Chair, we absolutely love it.❤️ We live in a very remote area of WA where services like Physio, Chiropractic or Chinese Massage are not available. It's so nice to be able to get a full body massage in the comfort of my own home. The 'White Glove' delivery was an exceptional service, could not ask for more genuinely nice people ALL round. I brought the Niseko Ice Bath to compliment my barrel sauna and swim spa so it was all about the aesthetics as shown in the photos. There was an issue with delivery and then an item was not delivered which was so disappointing and I was informed the item was no longer available. The delivery issue was resolved the following day. However in regard to the item that was no longer available, the team from masseuse Health went about sourcing the item for me. Cassie and Charlotte from customer service were fantastic and the items was eventually received. So buy with confidence with the knowledge that this company has fantastic customer service and will resolve issues. The biggest thankyou.
