Substandard work done by this company. I had hand rails done, outside for area with steps, and found that the paint was flaking off the metal. It was confirmed that no preparation was done to handrails, in the order of undercoats and sanding, instead a can of spray paint was used on bare metal. When worker came out to fix problem, he can with a piece of sandpaper and spray paint. I told him I wanted job to be done properly, and rails taken back to workshop. With this ,he phoned owner who refused to take rails back. After argument on phone, I was told that it would cost me, to have rails taken out, and returned to shop, even if it was their mistake. I told him I wanted them powdercoated ,and it was confirmed by Age Care Provider, that powdercoated was on the initial order.Just because I am over a certain age ,does not mean I'm brain dead, and that I will accept anything, and allow myself to be manipulated. No i will not be paying for removing rails, and will not use this company again. Shame shame shame.
