New Era 4 Disability

I cannot stress enough how disappointing and dangerous New Era Disability Services is. This organization fails on multiple levels, starting with their complete disregard for proper procedures, especially when it comes to incident reports. Despite repeated requests, they refuse to provide necessary documentation, showing a blatant disregard for the safety and well-being of their clients. It's clear that their staff are not properly trained in best practices for the disability service industry. This lack of training is alarming, especially when coupled with the dismissive attitude from management. When concerns are raised, instead of addressing them professionally, they become defensive and unwilling to engage in constructive conversation. What’s even more concerning is that the owner, Ozzie, has openly instructed his staff that incident reports are unnecessary. This approach is not only unprofessional but outright dangerous. This organization has been reported to the NDIS, and in my opinion, they should have their services ceased immediately. If you're considering New Era Disability Services for a loved one, please think twice. They do not have the clients' best interests at heart. Their focus is purely on profit. It’s truly sad and disheartening that the NDIS allows businesses like this to operate, putting our most vulnerable citizens at risk. They should be ashamed of how they run this so-called "service." Stay away for the safety and well-being of your loved ones.
