Poor service. Don't handle complaints, blames parents. Refers to services in house services, to get more money from NDIS plan. Not up front with costs. Frequent Staff changes, which then require child to be put on Waitlist. With complaints, not interested in mediation services. TRULY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.
