Google MapsThis company - JQ Services Cardiff - allowed a window cleaner into our home who stole 9 times from us. He also has cleaned Veteran and police homes. We showed the company videos and SOME of the stolen items were retrieved. Initially the manager seemed empathetic and promised a refund for stolen items. After we provided the items and cost, which mind you was around $90, she initially said she never said she would do this and then passed the buck onto the Director who said they would not refund us. So a lie in the response. The year prior this creep was in our home and we asked for him to to return as he was abusive however they allowed him again. The manager advised that he was their only window cleaner so I assume this is why he returned. The reason why he stole from us according to police, was he was being bullied by managed and he was stealing in revenge. I really wonder how much more he has stolen. Was it really a lot to repay us for the horrible person that was on your watch who committed a crime!!!!! We allowed you also into our home. Such an invasion. I have so many videos should anyone wish to view these. Thanks Joel for making us feel safe. Hope you enjoyed our belongings!!!
