Primo Care Disability Services Co Pty Lt

I have been using Primo Care for my daughter who requires High Intensity support since early 2023 and I know they have professional disability services that deliver the care and support she requires. They make sure that Emily is the centre of their support and they also work well with the family, especially in our situation where our daughter is living at home for her Supported Independant Living NDIS Plan goals. I have no hesitation in recommending their organisation for your support needs. Edit: We are still currently using Primo Care in 2026 and still strongly recommend this disability service for complex high support needs. They continue to be supportive and passionate about their service delivery.

I was introduced to Primo Care Disability Services over a year ago. It was an incredibly vulnerable time, as I'd been searching for the right service for my son, who has complex special needs. Autism, ADHD, PDA and anxiety. This service has changed our lives, as the staff are dedicated to listening to our needs and go beyond to make certain that their programs meet his needs. I could not recommend this service more. My son is now thriving, happy and confident in a way I'd always hoped for.
