Google MapsI engaged this service for my daughter over a 14 month period. During that time we experienced patchy communication from this organisation, they did not give us any strategies or practical help whatsoever to assist with the challenges my daughter was experiencing. They were engaged to provide a behavioural support plan, which they never did even though they had more than 12 months to do so. The difference between the support that they acknowledged my daughter needed, and the support they actually provided was like night and day. Instead of professional guidance for our family and carers in how to best support my daughter, we were left with literally no ideas, support, strategies, tips or anything of use. Further more, they barely made any sort of connection or relationship with my daughter. We felt unsupported and gaslit whenever we asked for some solid planning or the implementation of strategies.
