Google MapsI have been with Khorban Care for more than 7 years now. The quality of support has been excellent and I have always been able to rely on the team and support workers provided to me. I have always found it easy to communicate and meet with the management whenever I needed to. While I have occasionally had some challenges with communication with a few support workers over the many years, management has always listened to my concerns and worked with me to find a suitable match. They are quick to respond, usually within 24 hours and I have always felt listened to, valued and understood. They have helped me get out into the community better, do my shopping and attend my appointments - things I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. Compared to other providers I have used, I have found Khorban Care to be more reliable, easier to contact when I need help and always willing to listen and experience new things with me. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and dependable NDIS provider.
