Podiatrist Alwin is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend him to anyone who will like to get their feet fixed up.

Poor quality customer service with a long waiting time. Bad experience with the shoes quality and follow up after sale. Faulty shoes replaced but without further modifications done as part of the compensation. As an NDIS client, I was extremely disappointed with the attitude. Will not recommend anyone going there for any podiatry problems. No star rating.

Alwin is extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. He was able to deal effectively with my problematic issue when others advised that there was no solution. He is very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable quickly, which was important to me. I would highly recommended the Services of Procare and Alwin in particular.

Amazingly impressed with the service. Booked an appointment same day and after weeks of toe discomfort it was literally fixed in 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend Alwin if you have a foot issue and also recommend do not put it off.
