Google MapsBAD NEWS! They use an OVERSEAS company to get you to do online sensory assessments etc. So YOUR PERSONAL INFO is in an OVERSEAS company and the AUSTRALIAN number for this "Pearson Clinical" mob that Propel uses to do assessments is actually an OVERSEAS CALL CENTER! One tried to get a copy of the online questionnaire THAT I FILLED OUT but there was no "DOWNLOAD COPY" tab available for me to download the questionnaire I filled in! Then when calling the Pearson Clinical AUSTRALIAN 1300 number, one is confronted with options on an AUTOMATED SWITCH one in my situation, or anyone who is NDIS dependent would not have a clue of which option to press! I hit the wrong option, and the lady put me on hold. After waiting 25 MINUTES I gave up! ALL I AM AFTER IS A COPY OF THE ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE, which is MY RIGHT, something that should have been made available via tab after I finished the questionnaire, hence DOWNLOAD COPY tab. Then there is the Propel assessment. You sit down with them for one hour, and in the report they state that their clinical observations were over 30 days? They DOWNPLAY your condition, and having AUTISM one did not appreciate THAT in the slightest. $1154.25 for a FOUR PAGE assessment/Report. They could not even include all the concerns outlined in the one hour face to face, the report was done and dusted and emailed to me within 3 business days! The THOROUGH OT report via RAR was 14 pages, thorough, that outlined all my concerns and was in my email box in 3.5 weeks! Took their time, and did it RIGHT! ANOTHER downfall with Propel is the Occupational Therapist that did my OT report does not like talking over the phone, receptionist tells me all the time to send an email! People with Osteo Arthritis hate emailing! Typing THIS review is a chore for me, but people must be warned! Would YOU trust an overseas company with YOUR information, especially CASE SENSITIVE medical information? One is exploring legal options.

Google MapsRachel and Prabh have been incredible! They are both exceptionally hard working support workers and are very caring and considerate. Propel Care have been very supportive and made the process of accessing support effortless. I was nervous to have support workers before I signed up to Propel Care but I am now excited for my sessions. Rachel and Prabh have helped me complete daily living tasks that were otherwise too difficult to do on my own. I have been able to go out in the community and feel supported and cared for, whilst doing activities I love. Prabh and Rachel are tremendously understanding and have a neuroaffirming, gentle approach to their care. They have understood my differences and needs. Rachel and Prabh have put in a lot of effort to ensure I feel comfortable and have self autonomy during our shifts. I would highly recommend engaging in the services at Propel Care
