We had an update call with Anna as it was coming to the end of our plan year. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions and helped us feel confident of how we were going to so far and what the next steps were to request a plan review for next year. We are very happy with Provider Choice and appreciate their suggestion to have this very valuable phone support and update. Thanks Anna :)

Ebs was honestly an angel. I had been avoiding all of this for so long due to a bad experience. As dramatic as this sounds she literally changed everything for me. I will be forever grateful to her for changing my point of view, but mainly for getting me to realize not all experiences are the same, I am valued and there is help out there for me. In a follow up call today with Anna, I was validated and supported during an NDIS phone call that could've been so overwhelming. She stayed on the line patiently, but also asked a question for me to help reassure me. These two angels have made such a difference, and were a light in a very dark place and gave me hope. While it's a scary road that is not going to be easy, knowing I have these beautiful ladies in my corner, it has given me strength and a glimpse to think, maybe, just maybe I can do this. And just keep going. So from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I appreciate you more than you will ever know.
