Provider Choice has proven to be a user friendly platform with caring and responsive staff. Olympia clearly explained in 'easy to understand terms' what I needed to know in relation to my enquiry. Also appreciate calling from Perth isn't a problem due to staff being available until 5pm AWST (ie 7-8pm eastern state time).

Provider Choice has been extremely disappointing past few weeks when it comes to invoice processing and communication. After cooperating with them for 3 years, my invoice was suddenly rejected—not due to incorrect charges, but because of the format. This came without any prior notice or guidance, despite the fact that they had previously accepted the same format and after receiving my invoice they generated their own remittance invoices based on mine before issuing payment. Communication is equally frustrating. When an issue is raised or you simply have a question particularly re the invoice rejection, responses can take days, and follow-up emails often go unanswered for up to a week. So trying to clarify a simple question or resolve an issue can take up to a few weeks !!! I’m not sure whether there has been a change within the invoices team or if I was reassigned to someone lacking the necessary communication and problem-solving skills, as this was never an issue in previous years. Also to mention, although their stated payment terms are 3–5 days, the past few months payments often take significantly longer. The overall invoice processing is consistently slow and inefficient. Overall, the lack of timely communication, poor processing times, and unwillingness to provide clear and helpful explanations make this a “bit” frustrating provider to deal with. Hope, improvements will be made!
